Opening Checklist Numbers to Remember

General

1. Welcome Book of Area Attractions Located in Kitchen Hutch
2. Set all Thermostats to 67 Degrees – One in Each Room
3. Septic System – Do Not Flush Anything but Toilet Paper (No Female Products)
4. Feel Free to Use the House Phone to Place Long Distance Calls (Free Long Distance)
5. Be Sure to Take a Photo of Your Group for Our Photo Books

Kitchen

1. Refrigerator on Left / Freezer on Right – Including Lower Drawers
2. Dishwasher Soap & Cleansers Under Sink
3. Garbage Disposer – Scrape all Large Debris into the Trash
   • Squirt Off Plates Over the Disposer in Right-side Sink
4. Trash Cans on Both Sides of Stove – Trash Bags in Upper Drawer
   • Put Trash Bags in Large Green Trash Can in Garage
5. Coffee Grinder and Toaster Below Coffee Island
6. Barbeque Pit on Deck – Move to Open Deck

Living Room

1. Open the Chimney Flue Before Starting Fire in Fireplace
   • Additional Logs in RV Garage

Windows & Shades

1. UV Screens in Living Room & Kitchen Roll Up/Down Using Chain
2. Lift Window Shades with Hand Under Bottom – Pull Down on Tab to Lower
3. Turn Window Handle ¼ Turn to Open Out or ½ Turn to Open at Top

Lower Level

1. Refrigerator, Ice-maker & Dishwasher Located Under Bar
2. Electrical Panel Located in Utility Room Thru Storage Room

Hot Tub

1. Light Switch on Gray Box on Right-hand Wall – Circuit Switch in Box
2. Open Hot Tub Cover from Front – Do Not Lift Cover From Side
   • Release Both Clips of Cover on Front of Hot Tub  Lift & Fold Cover Straight Back From Front of Hot Tub
3. Swim Towels Available in the Chest Seat near Game Room Door out to Hot Tub

Audio/Visual and Lighting

1. Sound System Master Remote in Living Room on Table Along the Wall
   • Tap Screen or “House” Button for Room Selection
   • Select Location, then Select A/V Device
   • For Music, Select Satellite – Tap “XM” Button for Full Programming Options
   • Select “All Off”, then “Power Off” Buttons to Shutdown All Locations
2. Wireless Remotes Located at Each TV – Always Replace Remotes in Holder After Use to Save Battery
   • Remotes Control All A/V Components (ie: DVD) – Do Not Adjust Components Manually
3. Lighting Keypads Manage Room Settings and Lighting Groups  Outdoor Lights Go On/Off Automatically, but Can Be Changed Manually  Master Keypad Located on Master BR Nightstand  “Nightlight” Button Sets Lighting for Night-time Pathways

Trash & Recycling

1. Put Trash into Green Trash Can in Garage
   • Make Sure Green Trash Can is Lined with Large Trash Bags – Add’l Trash Bags Near Workbench
   • Be Sure to Tie Off Bags When Full to Not Attract Wildlife
2. Tie Off Large Black Trash Bags & Place in Trash Company Roller Dumpster
3. Take Trash Company Roller Dumpster Out to Street at End of Driveway on Thursday nights
   • Trash Pickup is Friday Mornings
   • Bring Empty Roller Dumpster Back to Garage After Trash Pickup
4. Recycling in Grand County is Not Serviced Separately – Tie Off Bags & Place With Trash in Cans
